Shipping policy

Ready to ship items take 1-5 days to process, and please allow up to 2 weeks for custom or made to order items to ship. 

It is the buyer's responsibility to provide a valid address, and for the address to have a secure area for the items to be delivered. If your item is marked as delivered but you can't find it, it is your responsibility to contact your local post office. Once I ship an item, I no longer have control over the package. If your order is returned to me, a refund will be given minus the cost of shipping (even if your shipping was free).
